How to order ?

Shopping with the shopping chart is very easy and big fun. Our shop is always open 24/7!
Order Process

Putting a product into your shopping cart

To order, you have to place a chosen product into your shopping cart. This can be done at any time and can always be seen.

• To place a product into your shopping cart, click on the product in detail and then on the link “add to shopping cart” in the blue area.
• Then your product can be found in your shopping cart and you will be shown a list of all products that can be found currently in your cart.
• The products in the cart have not yet been purchased. You can add more to the card and you can also delete ones you no longer want.
• Click simply on „continue shopping“ and you will return to the product selection screen. Click again on “to shopping cart” and you will be back to the Shopping Cart Overview, where you can then enter your order.

The Shopping Cart
As the name says the Shopping Cart is nothing more than a virtual shopping cart. You can place all of the products into the shopping cart which you are interested in buying. Then at any time you can delete products by clicking on the red cross next to them. The quantity of each product you wish to order can be determined by changing the number in the “Quantity” field.

To get to the Shopping Cart simply click on the shopping cart symbol on our website. Next tp the symbol you will see the actual status in the Shopping Cart such as quantity and value of the products chosen.

Proceed to Checkout
When you have completed your product selection in the Shopping Cart and wish to order then simply click on the link „proceed to checkout“.
Before a order can be completed you need to complete a few order Steps. But don’t worry; we will take you through one by one.

1. Registration
If you already have a Palmer Plus account, you need to enter your login details (email and password) and your details such as name, address will be loaded up automatically.
If this is your first order with us, then you have to set up an account and enter your details. It is fast and easy. Help can be found here.

2. Your Details
Billing and Delivery Addresses
If you are already registered then one of your addresses will be automatically provided. Should you wish to send the order to a different address, simply choose another that you have already entered in the system or set up a new one. You can save several addresses in your account at one time. If the delivery and billing addresses are the same, simply choose “billing and delivery address are the same”.

3. Payment/Delivery
Payment Methods
There are three types of payment available: Prepayment, Payment on Delivery or Credit Card. Details of the individual payment methods can be found here.

Delivery Methods
You can choose from three types of delivery: Standard, DHL Express and Payment on Delivery. Details and prices for each method can be found here.


4. Final Check
After you have entered all your details, you will be provided with a final check overview screen for your order. Here you can check that everything is correct and make any final changes.
• If everything is ok then click on „Send Order“ and your order will be completed.
• If you wish to change something then you can do this through the „Edit“ links for each section.


Order and Confirmation
Finished! You have reached the end and your order is being processed by us.
You will of course receive an email confirmation for your order right after the order has been received in our system.
