If in the rare case that something goes wrong with your product due to a manufacturing mistake, such as a Board’s topsheet coming away, or breaking somewhere where it should not through normal use then get contact with us. We offer a 1 year (some 2 years) guarantee on our products against manufacture faults, so if your product suffers a problem during normal use you should be able to get it exchanged. Return Policy
You have a 14 day right to return period on all orders.
The return of products could not be easier. Should the product not meet your requirements then you can use your right to return or exchange – this means simply send the product back in unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Please use the returns form provided. You now have the choice between a different product as a replacement or your money refunded back to your account or credit card.
Please ensure that you return orders with sufficient postage. Returns where postage is not paid will not be accepted by us. The delivery costs will be refunded to you should we have made a mistake or the product was damaged during delivery, or the product is faulty.
