Pricing & VAT
We offer you consistently low prices on our entire shop. All prices are listed in Euro. "Our Price", as displayed, is inclusive of Austria VAT at the appropriate rate of 20%.
Confirming Price
Items in your Shopping Basket will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your basket. Placing an item in your basket does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may decrease between the time you place it in your basket and the time you purchase it.
Some discounts are limited-time offers. Also, as the discount we are able to offer for any item is dependent upon its availability, price will necessarily change on occasion.
With respect to items sold, we cannot confirm the price of an item until we receive your order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the dispatch process.
When We Charge Your Card
We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order.
Bulk Discounts
We do not offer additional discounts on large orders of a single title or on large orders of many individual titles. Also, please note that the availability listings on our website are intended for single-copy orders.
Payment Options
Credit Cards
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
If you are paying for your order using a credit card you will be asked to enter your card details as part of the ordering process, and you will find further instructions when you process your first order.
Debiting Your Credit Card
We will not debit money from your credit card until just before your item/items are dispatched. On the date of dispatch you will receive an e-mail message confirming the date, contents and method of your delivery.
If you have ordered several items with different availabilities we will debit your credit/debit card as each of those items become available and are dispatched. Please note that you will be charged individual dispatch costs for each item unless you request them to be held and sent together.
You are able to change your credit/debit card details yourself by going to the Your Account page and inserting your new details. Please note that your new credit card details will not affect any open orders that you may have. It will take effect from any new orders that you place.
Data Transfer
Your security is number one on our list! To be able to offer you the highest possible care and security standards when it concerns your personal data we use Saferpay.
Please follow the instructions and type in your personal information during the buying process only if connected with saferpay!
The Saferpay e-payment system offers Secure payment terminal through an SSL-protected payment mask – the so called „Secure Socket Layer“ (SSL) transfer. The secure-server saferpay software encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number and name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.
If you do not feel comfortable to send your credit card data over the internet you also can call us!
When paying by credit card you do not have to enter your details over the internet if you do not wish to, you can also provide us with your details „offline“.

Delivery Options
Delivery Dates
Your order will be dispatched every Tuesday from our fulfilment centre in Innsbruck, Austria.
Estimated dispatch and delivery dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for dispatch and whether you have requested that we group your items into as few deliveries as possible.
The usual Delivery Dates are following:
- Austria 24 Hours.
- Outside Austria 48 Hours.
Delivery Rates
- Free delivery for orders over Euro 200.
- For orders under Euro 200, we charge a delivery rate of Euro 15 per delivery within Europe.
Delivery Precondition
- For the delivery it’s a precondition that we have your full address.
P.O. Box addresses can not be accepted!
